If you would like to return your clip in hair extensions you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving them. We cannot refund or exchange any hair that has been opened due to quality and hygiene reasons. So be 100% sure before opening the packet! Please note that all delivery fees will be deducted from the purchase price for all refunds.

As hair extensions are a serious hygiene sensitive product, if the "golden ties" have been cut or the hair has been tampered with they will not be able to be refunded or exchanged. Any evidence of tampering with the quality or other parts of the packaging will result with you being unable to return your hair extensions for a refund or exchange.

Any manufacture defects must be brought to our attention and returned within 3 calendar days after you receive your product. All defects must be reported by email only at support {at} RemyClip.com

Should you wish to exchange your extensions for a different colour you need to do so within 30 calendar days with the product unopened and untampered with. We will only send out your new set once we receive the original one back and can confirm the package hasn’t been opened.


We want to see our customers happy. Thats why we offer free exchanges. However, we have a few conditions that you must follow.

1. Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the order date.

2. You can only make one (1) exchange for FREE. Any other exchanges will cost $12 (S&H). We think thats fair.

3. You cant exchange the hair if the "golden ties" have been cut.

We will only send out your new set once we receive the original one back and can confirm the package hasn’t been opened.

Unclaimed Packages

All packages that are unclaimed and returned by the post office will not be refunded. However, a store credit will be issued for the amount minus the shipping/handling cost. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.


Please note that we adhere to our polices strictly. There are no exceptions. By purchasing you are agreeing to the return and exchange policy. In the case of a client charge back, we will fight the charge back to the fulliest extent. Our return and exchange policy is quite clear and forms a legally binding contact. Please ask all questions BEFORE purchasing.
