If you would like to return your clip in hair extensions you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving them. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges if the hair has been used or the "golden ties" have been cut. So be 100% sure before cutting the golden ties! Please note that all S&H fees will be deducted from the purchase price for all refunds. A $10 restocking fee will be applied for all returns.

Once again, as hair extensions are a serious hygiene sensitive product, if the "golden ties" have been cut or the hair has been tampered with they will not be able to be refunded or exchanged. Any evidence of tampering with the quality or other parts of the packaging will result with you being unable to return your hair extensions for a refund or exchange.

Should you wish to exchange your extensions for a different colour you need to do so within 30 calendar days with the product unopened and untampered with. We will only send out your new set once we receive the original one back and can confirm the package hasn’t been opened.
